We invite you to join us for our upcoming Bi-Annual Builder Engagement Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at the Bismarck Public Works Building.

These meetings are an important opportunity for our building community to keep the lines of communication open with our local officials. They give us a chance to learn more about upcoming changes, better understand the processes that impact our industry, ask questions, and just as importantly-provide feedback directly from the builders and professionals who work within these processes every day.

For this meeting, the City of Bismarck and Mandan will be sharing its draft amendments to the 2024 Model Codes, giving our members an opportunity to review and discuss the proposed changes before they move forward.

Draft amendments will include:

• 2024 International Building Code
• 2024 International Residential Code
• 2024 International Existing Building Code
• 2024 International Fuel Gas Code
• 2024 International Mechanical Code
• 2024 International Energy Conservation Code                                                                         

This meeting is FREE and open to builders, developers and other professionals within the building industry.
