They give us a chance to learn more about upcoming changes\, better understand the processes that impact our industry\, ask questions\, and just as importantly-provide feedback directly from the builders and professionals who work within these processes every day.\n\n\n\nFor this meeting\, the City of Bismarck and Mandan will be sharing its draft amendments to the 2024 Model Codes\, giving our members an opportunity to review and discuss the proposed changes before they move forward.\n\n\n\nDraft amendments will include:\n\n\n 2024 International Building Code\n 2024 International Residential Code\n 2024 International Existing Building Code\n 2024 International Fuel Gas Code\n 2024 International Mechanical Code\n 2024 International Energy Conservation Code \n\n\nWe strongly encourage our members to take advantage of this opportunity. Maintaining an open and collaborative relationship with our local officials is important\, and these meetings work best when our industry shows up\, participates\, asks questions and provides constructive feedback.
