We invite you to attend our bi-annual Builder Engagement Meeting on April 15, 2026, to be held at the Bismarck Public Works Building.
 
This meeting will include representatives from local building officials, including the Cities of Bismarck and Mandan, as well as Burleigh and Morton Counties.
 
The focus of this session will be to review potential upcoming changes and address questions as we prepare for the 2026 building season.
 
Discussion topics will include, but are not limited to:

• Bismarck and Burleigh County ETA Changes
• Proposed Code Amendments for 2026
• Land Development Code Update
• General Roundtable Discussion and Q&A

 
This is a FREE meeting open to all professionals in the building industry who are interested in receiving the latest updates for the upcoming season.
 
We encourage you to attend and participate in this informal, collaborative discussion. This is a valuable opportunity to share feedback, discuss areas for improvement, and maintain an open dialogue with city and county officials.
