This meeting would include representatives from the area building officials including the cities of Bismarck, Mandan along with Burleigh and Morton County.
The focus of this meeting will be on the building plan review and permitting process for residential and commercial development, with potential upcoming changes & address any questions for the 2024 Building Season.
The items that will be discuss would be the specific items that should be submitted with a building permit application; including but not limited to:
- Discussion with Upcoming Code Adoption Processes
- Building Permit Application
- Building plans
- Site Plans
- Lot Survey Exhibits
- Energy Code Compliance Documents
- Building Code Analysis
