Bis-Man Area Contractor Engagement Meeting - Fall 2024

Description

This meeting will include representatives from the area building officials including the cities of Bismarck and Mandan, along with Burleigh and Morton County.

The focus of this meeting is but not limited to, a general overview of SWAPPP plans and storm water permits, reviewing changes to the FEMA Flood Plain, and the Land Development Code (LDC)update relating to zoning and subdivision regulations.

If there are any specific topics you have questions about or would like to address at this meeting. If so, please send Jennifer an email, we will forward this anonymously to the appropriate departments. We will then work to get your questions or concerns addressed on the day of.
