On Aug. 1, the Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and HUD-1 Settlement Statements are being replaced by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau’s new integrated disclosure forms, the “Loan Estimate” and the “Closing Disclosure.” This webinar is designed to prepare builders for the impending changes and how to work proactively with lenders and settlement stakeholders to avoid unnecessary closing delays.

About AnnMarie Arens, Upper Midwest Regional Manager and Vice President for First American Title Insurance Company
Arens been with First American Title for over 22 years. During this time, she has worked in many areas of the company. Arens started on the Direct side of the company as a marketing rep – calling on Realtor and lender customers in MN. Then spent a year with the National Commercial Services channel, as a marketing rep, working with non-residential transactions. Currently, she is on the Agency side of the company, working with independent title agent networks and companies like First Dakota. Arens works to provide education and tools title agents need to inform their clients (Realtors, lenders and home builders).
