Homes are featured throughout Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln.
Fees/Admission
Tickets are available at any home on the Parade Route for $10 each and are good for admission to every home for all four days. Children free with adult admission.

The Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association is excited to present the 33rd Annual Spring Parade of Homes.
The 2026 Spring Parade will be held Thursday, May 7 - Sunday, May 10.
