Moneyball is coming to Bismarck-Mandan. BMHBA, through the support of Red Door Homes, presents Bob Whitten, esteemed NAHB presenter.
In his award winning book "Moneyball", Michael Lewis describes the money poor 2002 Oakland A's quest to compete against the rich New York Yankees by exploring the deep metrics of major league baseball success and finding undervalued talent. The A's found those metrics and utilized them to plan and improve a team for maximum competitive success with a minimal payroll.
In this workshop program, homebuilder management expert Bob Whitten will define the metrics of success for homebuilding. Financial, operational and sales & marketing metrics will be discussed and defined. Come and learn of the key numbers or benchmarks you should be monitoring.
Key benchmark numbers guide the planning and operational improvements that the most profitable homebuilders use to compete successfully in their marketplace.
