About Us
My name is Virginia Delgado and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer with NEXA Mortgage. We are a Mortgage Broker with access to more than 190 lenders and a many loan products. I personally am currently licensed as MLO in AZ, ND, CA & TX but if you need a loan in any other state please feel free to contact me and I would be more than happy to refer you to one of our amazing team members that is licensed in your desired state.
As a former Escrow Operations Manager for a Home Builder, I built and applied solutions to better serve customers, teams, and organizations in the following states: Arizona, California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina & South Carolina. My extensive background in escrow and title allows me the ability to evaluate the circumstances quickly and apply my resolution in a thoughtful, well organized manner.
I am known for my thoughtful approach to each customer’s situation and for showing respect to all those around me. I believe in maintaining constant communication to update you on the application and its progress.
