About Us

Bismarck native Jerry Schlosser along with his brother Bill began a tradition of quality, client-oriented realty services when they opened CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty in 1978. The brothers’ philosophy of service, integrity and hard work, combined with a healthy dose of “can-do” attitude, put their business on the fast track to growth and prosperity. It didn’t take long for CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty to outgrow its initial office space on North 3rd Street in Bismarck. The office moved to 201/207 West Front Avenue in 1982, and continued to make a name for itself within Bismarck-Mandan and the surrounding areas. In 2015 CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty opened an additional location in Beulah to accommodate the growing and evolving demand, in 2019 welcomed Century 21 Heritage Realty of Jamestown to the Morrison Family and in 2020 LaDuke & Associates RE joined from Dickinson, ND.

Today, CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty and its sales team of more than 100 agents continue the tradition of first-class service when helping newcomers and long-time residents alike fulfill their real estate needs.
